Charlie Sheen was tapping Capri Anderson, the porn star

TMZ knows the identity of the woman who ended up locked in Charlie Sheen's hotel bathroom early Tuesday morning at The Plaza Hotel ... she's Capri Anderson, a 22-year-old porn star.

We're told Anderson met Sheen for the first time Monday in the bar at The Plaza Hotel, then went to dinner with Charlie, along with 4 other women and 3 other men.  As we already reported, Denise Richards also briefly attended the dinner before it became just too awkward -- she left before finishing her appetizer.

Anderson -- who's been in a ton of adult features -- has told friends she's extremely upset about recent reports that she's either an escort or a prostitute ... Anderson is adamant she's NOT a working girl.

Sources close to Anderson tell us the 22-year-old was "extremely afraid" of Sheen during the hotel incident. Anderson is telling friends she decided to call hotel security because she felt "threatened" by the sitcom star.

Law enforcement sources tell us officials have no plans to file charges against Charlie.

Constitutional Violations

So seriously. Some idiots in Connecticut (why the hell is there a second "c" in that word anyway considering you don't pronounce it - there in itself begins the stupidity), decide unilaterally that you can't wear any WWE paraphernalia to the voting stations. Why? Probably because they think it would give Linda McMahon an unfair advantage since she used to be ex-CEO of the WWE. Of course it's stupidity, considering she's trying to stay as far away from the WWE as she can. It's an obvious violation of the Constitution which Vince filed suit for, and had the morons who proposed it to back down in about half a second. I like Vince for not taking shit from losers like that. I have another great idea, why don't we prevent people from wearing either blue or red colors to voting stations since those colors represent Democrat and republicunt parties? That seems like those colors would also influence voters. What a bunch of idiots.

Matt Hardy finally says fuck you to the WWE

Well, it's not as though we didn't see it cumming.  Matt Hardy finally parted ways with the WWE...for now.  I think he is a great talent, very accomplished and has a lot to give to the new and up and coming talent.  But no matter what you do in life, we all could use a break every now and then.  It does suck though when you have to end a relationship on what seems like a bit of a bad note.

I'm sure in the days to cum we will hear more about what "really" went down.  However, in the interim, we can safely bet that he'll eventually do a run in on TNA, either beating down Jeff Hardy or teaming with him.  Hopefully he doesn't have to get involved with the garbage wrestling involving thumbtacks, barbed wire and fire.  But anyway, I thought that I'd write this post if nothing else to thank Matt Hardy for the great matches he's put on while he was in the WWE.  I remember seeing a really old match of him before anyone knew who he was and it's great seeing how far he's come over time.  Frankly, I don't know how many of these wrestlers wrestle for so long and how it is that their bodies are able to hold up.  Good luck Matt Hardy.  Take a long break, and heal.

Former WWE wrestler died from 'mixed drug intoxication'

Former professional wrestler Lance McNaught died from accidentally ingesting multiple drugs, but also had a weakened heart, according to the medical examiner in San Antonio, Texas. McNaught, 29, who fought under the name Lance Cade, died Aug. 13. He worked for several wrestling entertainment companies, including World Wrestling Entertainment from 2003 to 2008.

Cardiomyopathy, an enlarged or weakened heart, has been linked to the use of anabolic steroids, but there was no confirmation that McNaught’s death was linked to steroid use.  WWE and its former CEO, Linda McMahon, who is running for the U.S. Senate, have been criticized for allegedly condoning the use of steroids, which have been illegal since 1991. McMahon, who resigned as CEO to run for the Senate, has said the company never encouraged its use and instituted a drug-testing policy in 2006. McMahon, a Republican, is running for U.S. Sen. Christopher J. Dodd’s seat against Democratic Attorney General Richard Blumenthal.  Blumenthal criticized WWE’s health and wellness policies at Tuesday night’s debate, saying seven wrestlers had died since she had begun her campaign.

A staffer of the Bexar County, Texas, Medical Examiner’s Office said of McNaught’s death: “The cause was ruled mixed drug intoxication, complicating a cardiomyopathy.” She said the death was accidental.  Another former wrestler, Gertrude Hurd-Nash, who wrestled under the name Luna Vachon, also died of “multi-drug toxicity,” according to Bill Pellan, director of investigations for the District 6 Medical Examiner’s Office, based in Largo, Fla. Hurd-Nash, 48, had lived in Port Richey, Fla., and had performed for WWE between 1993 and 2000. Her Aug. 27 death also was ruled accidental.

WWE released McNaught in 2008, then rehired him in September 2009, according to a statement on its website. He was sent to drug rehabilitation at his request, but was released a second time in April 2010. Robert Zimmerman, spokesman for WWE, said the company had decided not to use the story line that included McNaught.

Zimmerman issued a statement saying, “WWE goes to great lengths to help our former talent who may have substance abuse problems, offering complete drug rehabilitation at no cost to them. … Ultimately however, stars in any form of entertainment should be held personally responsible for their own actions.”  Zimmerman said the company has obtained e-mails written by McNaught to another wrestler, saying he had ordered two types of steroids in March 2010 and would fail a WWE drug test.

“A lot of athletes have enlarged hearts,” Zimmerman said of McNaught’s death. “The bottom line is, his usage speaks for itself.”

Ex-WWE Star Luna -- Death Ruled 'Accidental'

The following is a new article from celebrity-gossip website TMZ.com:

Ex-WWE Star Luna -- Death Ruled 'Accidental'

Former WWE star Gertrude "Luna" Vachon died from an overdose of painkillers and anti-anxiety medication ... this according to the District Six Medical Examiner's Office in Florida.

We're told toxicology results finally came back this morning -- and revealed the 48-year-old wrestler had oxycodone and benzodiazepine in her system when she died in her Florida home back in August. The "manner of death" was ruled "accidental."

As we previously reported, investigators found crushed pill residue and snorting straws at multiple locations inside Luna's house.
Luna's ashes were scattered last month at the North Carolina ranch where her godfather Andre The Giant was also laid to rest.

RIP Luna Vachon
